Smart tv internet problem

Hi, i recently bought a 60 h6400 samsung smart tv. Want to download some apps for my kids but when i select whats new, or categories in smart hub its says that there is no app found. Please help me thanks

on the tv did you update the firmware first?? the firmware and smart software may be out of date...also did you register the tv. some aps wont download till you register with samsung.
