We recently bought the touch screen all in one HL-L2380DW in conjunction with a deal. And this printer is now giving us grief about the "replace toner" on aftermarket toner cartridges, despite the display saying the printer is full. It used to be easy with our other unit, an MFC-7360N as all we had to do was press clear and then star 00. I've looked all over Google for the override code for this and haven't found a solution. Please help.

There may not be an over-ride for this, a trick some have used so to use a real new cartridge and when it complains about low in ink with a 3rd party one, have it register the new one, then swap it. Although that may not work the same way with your model. You may want to check with the seller of the cartridge for a fix, and look for a brand that states they will work just like the OEM catridge.
