Will 1333Mhz ram survive a 100MHz cpu overclock?

I want to OC my i5-4690k by just 100 MHz to hit the 4GHz boost. I feel that the overclock is so slight that OC genie will suffice.

Here is the question: I have standard 1333mhz ram. I belive that OC genie adjusts ram voltage and speed to match the cpu overclock, but will this result in a BSOD since my ram is so slow?

I know a 100Mhz overclock is pointless in terms of performance increase. This is just a learning experience. Any help is appreciated!

Correct, however i mentioned a 4Ghz boost speed, not 4GHz base. Unless overclocking disables intel turbo-thingy it will hit 4GHz. If intel turbo-thingy is disabled (i dont think i will be) then i will just forget about it...

Ok, to my understanding the ram would change frequency whenever the cpu does if you're using OC genie. I will simply have to try it then, and let the worst case cenario be a cmos reset. Thank you for info!
