So I am currently looking into getting a new PC since my current rig is nearly 5 years old. I just wanted to know if the new rig I'm looking at will be able play games such Witcher 3, GTA V Total War on high or ultra settings. I guess something that will last me another 3-4 years and still be able to play games at high settings, my budget is around $1500, I only play a few games but when I do play I want the graphic quality.

Current rig:
i7-2600@3.4GhZ/3.7Ghz
8-gb ram
GTX 570 2gb
1080p monitor

Surprisingly my setup was able to run witcher 2 at very high/25fps, Skyrim Modded at Ultra with 40fps, Battlefield 3 on ultra for 6 months at 30 fps and Battlefield 4 at very high settings for 2 months before I started getting blue screens of death/crashes.

Rig I am Looking at: a compact gaming pc
Will the 970 superclocked last? I heard there were problems or controversies with it.
Will this be able to run well with GTA V, Witcher 3 and future titles like Star Wars Battlefront?

This is just a smidge better:
The 970 "might" have issues with it's only 3.5 GBs of actual VRAM, and witcher 3 is gonna be pretty tough to run. The Seagates have kind of a high failure rate. I also assumed you wanted an mini-itx system since that was the MOBO you chose, which is fine, I've got 3 of them myself.
