I have had this problem for a little while and I have recently bought new RAM to see if it will fix the issue.

I have tried lots of things from msconfig>maximum memory box untick etc.
but nothing seems to fix the issue. Yes, i have a 64bit operating system. (Windows 10 Technical Preview, problem was occurring before i updated.)http://i.imgur.com/zurbKhR.png

Please double check your version of windows 10, it is available in x86 (32bit) form and would cause this problem.
otherwise it would be your motherbd is limiting your ram.
