Bought next day from newegg

Last night I purchased next day shipping and rushing at 8:00 pm
Will I get my stuff today?

$30 for shipping
$1.99 for rush order

There's usually a cutoff time, so I would think tomorrow, unless you live very close to the shipping warehouse.

12:00p would be noon; that sounds way too early. I'd expect it to be more like 4:00p or 5:00p, but I don't know what it is. Newegg's shipping policies probably have the information you need.

Does my expedited shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?

Looks like its very possible I will get it today because of the same day shipping sense they have the whole day to ship I believe it will arrive today.

Hmmm, 12:00p PST is 3:00p EST (where I live). I live in TN, and have received standard-shipping orders the very next day, but I suspect I'd placed the orders in the morning. So, I get many orders quickly, since (as they point out) they have a warehouse in TN, but the downside is that I have to pay Government extortion on my Newegg purchases.

But i also purchased rushing which makes newegg try to get it to you as fast as possible or the same day

And I am also EST
