Expensive though at this link is $400USD. May need a better deal or different CPU.

The i5-3670K is about $240

Other:
If you don't have an ac router or don't need to use that much bandwidth the wi-fi card you picked is a bit expensive. THIS one might work just as well but I don't know your wireless setup: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-card-tlwdn3800

I used a cheap USB wi-fi stick with a half decent wireless "N" 2.5GHz and got 7MB/second from 2nd floor to basement. That's enough to stream a Bluray video.

If you're interested in streaming games to an HDTV I strongly recommend running an ETHERNET cable from PC to router and router to a Steam Link (out in November). The Steam Link at $50 will be the perfect way to game on an HDTV from a remote PC.

I have an i7 3770k in my computer currently. I have been looking to update to a new case with new mother board. This would mean my i7 3770k would not work in the socket of the new motherboards (LGA 1155 vs 1150). How soon are you needing the CPU? I'm planning on upgrading but not for another few months, after I've saved a bit more.

There is no way to prove cpu wasn't oc'd lol
Since it's a used cpu from a stranger you might be better off with some documented history such as forums etc
At least you would know what to expect from your purchase :D
