Hi guys! I saw a palit GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 256bit would it work on my specs?

ECS A960M-M3
8GB Kingston 1333mhz
Thermaltake litepower 700w
Atlus Raidmax (casing)

if not, what are the required specs? I currently have R9 270x as my video card right now.

That will bottleneck the 970 but as you're planning to replace it, it should be fine, what do you plan on getting?
The 970 will work with your system by the way, as long as you have a decent PSU with 2 6+2 Pin PCI connectors on it.

Thanks sarge ^_^ anyways I was planning on getting i7 3770k and replacing the Motherboard ECS H77H2-M3. so there's no problem with the PSU?

I have a Corsair CX600M myself, it only has 2 6+2 pin pci connectors so I can't SLI, not that its strong enough anyway. You could get a decent 650/700w Corsair PSU.
The 3770/3770k is a good processor yes, if you're not doing things like heavy rendering, and haven't already bought the 3770k, I'd suggest saving the money and getting an i5 4690k
