Lagging so hard with good computer on minecraft with Fraps

Intel Core i7-4770k cpu 3.40GHz
16 gb of RAM
1920x1080 144hz
OS: Windows 10 Preview
Please help me everytime I try to record minecraft with fraps its jsut so choppy and with my rig I shouldn't be lagging someone please help me. (please dont put any answers about other recording softwares I really want to use fraps.)

What's your fraps settings? Specs of your hard drive? Do you record to a dedicated hard drive or your OS drive?

Have you got lots of programs running in background? Try restarting PC. Maybe win 10 causing the issues. Or your mc could be. Have you got a lot of shaders or graphic intensive things on?
