Which 27" gaming monitor should I buy?

Hey guys, so I recently built a rig and am looking to get a 27"+ monitor for around $300. I will mostly be playing games like LoL, TF2, CS:GO & BF3/4 so do I need IPS? I've found a couple here with and without IPS:

All of the specs appear to be similar? What would you recommend?
Note - I just spent $2200 on my rig so the power to run whatever you throw at me isn't an issue, I'm only interested in price vs performance.

You don't need IPS by any means, but it sure is nice.

My recommendation would be a 144Hz monitor, considering the games you play. If you have a rig that can run those at 250 FPS, you might as well get as much of that as you can. You will have very limited selection in 27" 144Hz monitors for around $300 but you can probably find one or two.
