I recently bought a 4k monitor to put in between my 1080p monitors, like this:
[1080][ 4k ][1080]

Is it possible to use all three of them whilst gaming (using Eyefinity), without sacrificing the 4k resolution of my main monitor?

Here is my build.

I should think so, they have both Eyefinity, and Eyefinity SLS. It allows you to mix all 3 displays into 1, how it'll look I don't know, because I never tested this, or had the chance to.

"Single Large Surface (SLS) mode is activated when you create an AMD Eyefinity technology display group in the AMD Catalyst™ Control Center. SLS mode combines the resolutions of all the connected displays, and then essentially "tricks" the operating system into believing that there is one display with that large combined resolution."
