Gaming PC,Components compatibility.

So im planning to get this PC:
CPU:Intel i5 4690 Haswell
GPU:GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970
Motherboard:MSI Z97 PC Mate
RAM:Kingston KVR16N11/8 x2
Power Supply:Corsair CX600M 600W
Case:AeroCool XPredator X1 Black
HDD:Western Digital WD10EZEX
SSD:Kingston SV300S3D7/120G
Cooler:Zalman CNPS10X Performa

Is this alright?I mean does all components of this system fully compatible with each other?

They are compatible, but do not buy a Z97 motherboard if you're not going to be overclocking, which you need a CPU for that has the ability to be overclocked. So either you have to change your CPU to the i5-4690K or get a H97 motherboard to save money instead. As far as I know, the only difference between H97 and Z97 is that Z97 allows overclocking whereas H97 does not.

Edit: My post is only relevant to compatibility, I'll leave actual advice about components and potential alternatives to people who are more knowledgeable :p
