switching the language from korean to english on phillips 4k monitor 40"

Im trying to change the language on my phillips 40 inch 4k monitor from korean to english.. i cant read anything to figure it out. Can anyone help me? I need to get to read it so I can change from 30Hz to 60Hz

i found the right way to switch to 60Hz out of luck, but if someone wants to tell me how to change languages, I will still award a best answer. would be nice to have it in english
