24" gaming monitor under 250$

The title says it all, preferably IPS. im upgrading from an asus vx238h so I'd like to keep the low response times or closest to low response times. Thanks

I have the BenQ RL2455HM, it has a response time of only 1 ms and it's only 200$ and a matte screen, but it is a TN panel
A friend of mine has the LG 24M47VQ, 2 ms response time and only about 170$ and it has a glossy screen, but also a TN panel
I used them both and i think they're both very nice monitors

TN monitors will be below 250, IPS will more more expensive. look at www.newegg.com for pricing.
