How is Digital Storms Customer Service ?
I am getting a lot of mixed reviews when I google it. About how the O/S and bios is crashing and horror stories . For example , "I bought a $4000 computer and this is what I get?, I called them a billion times!, O/S not workin ! , I had to wait 4 mouths !, I had to ship back and forth for 7 straight weeks! " Planning to buy one of the pre - built computers (Vanquish) so I can play games at a substantial fps.
Also Note : Do not tell me "Make your own pc it is cheaper
" I already know how and don't want to screw it up. Also If you now any good premade pcs beside digital storm please notify me.
