Problem with monitor?? Green and red lines

Hi, I've been experiencing some issues when playing videos. Sometimes red and green lines appear when objects and people move. Here are some pics and a video:

I hooked up the PC to a TV and everything seems to be OK so I guess the monitor is the problem. I have tried with 3 different HDMI cables and the problem persists.

The monitor is an ASUS MX239H and the GPU an MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G

Hard for me to take a closer look on those pictures. If its ghosting then it could be that the monitors response time is too slow, or the video has that issue and not your display. I will look up the specs of it and read some reviews to give you a better answer!

I fixed the links to the pictures.

It doesn't looke like ghosting to me, and I don't have the same problem using my WiiU with the same monitor. It's not a problem with the video, it happens with any video. I plugged the computer to a TV and the problem disappears.
