Hi

I'm planning to buy a new monitor more specific for gaming (currently have: SAMSUNG S27C750P). I was planning on getting either a 144Hz or 4K monitor.

My graphics card: MSI GTX 780

I've done lots of research on google but it's seems the opinions are divided.

I've read alot of: only get a 144Hz if your card can supply a decent 140FPS, or 60+??
and: Don't get a 4K monitor, it's not worth it at the moment, single card can't handle and don't use HDMI.

So yea, I think it's better to go with a 4K for futher planning but i don't know lawl... There's just so much choice. To much,, actually...

Heres a few of the monitors I might wanted to get:

144Hz: ACER XB270HBMJDPRZ (appears to have GSync), Philips 272G5DJEB, AOC g2770Pqu, Acer XB270Hbmjdprz , BenQ XL2430T

4K: SAMSUNG LU28D590DS, Acer CB280HK, Philips 288P6LJEB

Any other suggestions are welcome too

I'm not sure if it mathers to go either for a 24" or a 27" @144Hz but my current is a 27"er so i think it will be hard to go back to a smaller.

PS: I usually play BF4/BFH, RIFT, WoW and many others, actually a bit of everything

Hope someone can help me out or should I stick to my current and wait? :)

Thanks in advance!!

You will have to go for 144hz, the 780 has no chance in playing games at 4k.

DONT waste money on buying 4k screen when ur setup cant handle it !
