How do I use Lightboost? Best Settings for monitor? Benq xl2420t

Got my monitor and it's set up at 120hz but seems blurry when scrolling down and I have tried the ufotest thing it's blurry at 120hz is it supposed to be like that? If not then what can I do to fix the random blurry/laggy stuff?

Okay. Well I tried using lightboost? Not sure how it works but tried following the steps. I see no difference in blur motion or something? When I do the UFO Test it's always blurry and not clear. I know my monitor isn't 1ms but it should be somewhat clear? Also did a response time test where you have to take a picture and the squares were not altogether.
