SSD Partition using Samsung Migration software

I currently have a 1TB Seagate Barracuda installed. I recently bought a Samsung 1TB 850 Pro SSD. I'd to know if I can partition my SSD before migrating my OS disk. I don't want a single SSD disk :\

1. I don't want all my files to stored in one single disk. It'll look just too congested.
2. My current Local Disk(C) is around 120 GB with 90 GB in use.

Connect the SSD
From within your current Windows install, partition the drive as needed
Run the Samsung migration, and migrate the OS to the new drive/partition.
