OK, I'm on a budget of around £110 and am looking to upgrade my current AMD Radeon HD 6670 (terrible, I know). I am looking to increase my FPS to good FPS with good settings on games such as H1Z1, DayZ, Arma 3, Battlefield etc.

My current setup is: Mother board: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6670 Storage: Seagate 1TB CPU: AMD FX-4170 RAM: 2x8GB (Kingston apparently) PSU: 550W (cheap unit)

Here is my PC if it makes it a little easier: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/266nqs (I haven't bothered to include things like the optical drive, wifi card etc)

I want the best value for money, which will allow me to upgrade my other components in the future. Thanks for reading!

A £15 power supply is a disaster waiting to happen, you will need to get rid of it before you do anything else.
You can just squeeze the R7 260X and this http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 out of £150.
If you can't go £150 (your post says 150 in the title then 110 in the bulk text) get the power supply first, then add further upgrades as and when you can afford it.
If the CPU is the foundation of the system, the power supply is the ground you build on, don't build on sand, get good, solid bedrock under you, then start building.
