Yes. ASUS is a reliable brand and you should have little to no trouble with their products. I used them in the past and had no problems. Im using a Benq monitor now because of a deal i got on them. Good luck on your purchase.

Personally I use a BenQ Gl2460hm for gaming and it's quite well.

-24 inches
-2ms respond time
-Full 1080p display
-reliable brand
-gaming mode
-low blue light mode
-TN panel
-Included speaker

It's also only $140 here in the states, which is totally worth it at that price

-Happy Gaming!

BenQ monitors are not available here.only projectors that made by BenQ are famous.those two monitors are the leading choice on my budget.the other monitor on same budget is ViewSonic VX2209.I thought it's better if I go with a leading brand :)

Then I would go with the ASUS Monitor. They are pretty much identical, so I would go with a company i trust.

If you worried about backlight issues, then go with the viewsonic Monitor. Even if the ASUS one did come with backlight problems, you could always RMA it back for a new one. My friend owns a 1080p ASUS monitor for gaming and he has no problems with it.

yes they give 3 years warranty. but once I buy I can't jump between 2 models.they replace the monitor with same monitor model if some defect occur. so @xephius you are recomonding ASUS VE228H?
