amd comes with a combo which brings them to a similar price with 1 extra 8gb ram
but i like intel more since all my laptop/pc are built with intel
im gonna overclock it anyway so which should i get?
also..should i wait for the 300 series or just get a r9 285/gtx960 instead?

The 6300 is fairly powerful CPU onced overclocked a tad, There'd be slight bottlenecks (an often overused and misunderstood word, but I digress) but every game will run at 50+FPS stable ith the graphical settings at maximum.
