Want opinions for a new build

So I've had this PC I built myself for nearly 2 years now and I'm starting to think about upgrading to a new one. The PC will mainly be used for gaming, so I want the best performance I can get for a 1500$ build.

Everything is good except I recommend changing the mobo to a ASRock Extreme 6. And change the PSU to a tier 1 or 2 PSU from the PSU tier list here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Get low profile RAM for sure. Otherwise looks good.
