Some questions about this budget 1080p monitor.

I'm looking for a cheap display and I saw this: BenQ GW2255 21.5″

Here are some questions about the display:

The specs says it supports DVI, however a costumer review said there is no dvi, so the question is: Does it really support DVI?

Is this like a 60hz display or lower?

What does 16:9 mean?

Is this worth it for a budget 1080p gaming?

Sorry for asking such n00b questions...

Apparently this is the cheapest 1080p monitor i can find in my country but it is still expensive for me.

From the pictures and specifications there is DVI input. Refresh rate is 60Hz and not lower. 16:9 is an aspect ratio. You can read more about aspect ratio HERE. I would say that it's a good monitor for budget build.
