Would love comments and suggestions
and the case is a Cooler Master Scout 2
also will this run witcher 3, gta 5, farcry 4 and few more high end titles.

just go with the 970 and enjoy it :) it saves you some money, the 970 is one of the better bang for the buck cards out there, and you can overclock it very well, to get higher performance.
and yes, the other parts are great.

depends, do you want your pc now? if so, then no, just go with haswell. if you can wait till September/October then go with skylake, it is said to bring a bigger improvement than the last new generations, but nothing is confirmed yet i believe.
