Upgrading current PC. Need help !!!

Hello everyone i am looking to upgrade my current PC and need your help.
My current PC specs are :-

Intel Core i5 4430
Intel DB85FL Motherboard ( died out)
Coolermaster K280 casing
Coolermaster Extreme 2 525
Kingston 4GB RAM

i will be upgrading the motherboard and PSU , will be adding a new graphics card, more RAM and possibly changing the Case.

As i live in Pakistan i have very limited hardware to choose from. My budget is around $500 (can go up a little bit).

My choice for PSU is corsair VS650 as it is within my budget

1 Dollar ~ 100 PKR.
1 British Pound ~ 160 PKR

Please suggest a good built within this budget, I might go $100 up if i am getting really really good stuff. Also i won't be going above 8GB RAM
Another important think I'd like to mention is that I'll be buying a new PC june-august next year, so the build is for only 1 year that is why i am not willing to spend a lot.(I might keep the GPU a bit longer)

I think the CM K280 case is good no need for change. Since you plan to buy another PC next year so you can had cheapest MoBo from the list, it up to you. For the GTX 960 GPU you will need at least recommended 430W PSU.

Your gpu and cpu look great, but definitely upgrade the psu.

P.S. What resolution are you playing on, and what games do you want to play?
