Hello I'm on a budget and already have some parts:
1TB Seagate 7,200rpm Hard Drive
8Gb EVGA 2400mhz Superclocked Ram
Diablotek Case with 400Watt Power Supply

Parts I'm going to buy:
Either AMD FX 6300 OR AMD FX 8320E.......... The FX 6300 fits my budget better lol
Gigabyte or ASROCK Motherboard
EVGA GeForce GT 740 Superclocked 4GB PCI-Express V

Is every thing okay in here ? Parts going to buy should be under $280
Im going to do some gaming on Minecraft Shaders and BF4 on HIGH. Thanks ! :)

The diablotek PSU isn't going to run anything better than the 750TI anytime soon.
