App better than YouTube?

Anyone know an app for iOS that's better than YouTube?

I'm having problems on YouTube where you sometimes scroll the video and then it just stays buffering forever until I swipe down the video and then back up. (If anyone know show to fix this then thanks.)

Using an iPod 5 iOS 8.3 in case anyone asks what kind of phone I'm using.

It doesn't get much better than youtube. the best that even comes close would be dailymotion. I hope i helped.
