Hi everyone,
I have an AMD gaming rig, but in games usually I experience lower FPS, than it should be. For example I currently play with Witcher 3 in 1080p. I have activated the MSI Afterburner's On-screen display, and ingame I have (at High with some options Medium or Low) avg. 35-40 FPS.
My rig is:
ASUS M5A99FX Pro r2.0
AMD FX-8320 @4.0 GHz
HIS Radeon HD7950 IceQ Boost Clock @1100/1450 MHz
Corsair Vengance 1x8GB DDR3 @1600MHz
XFX Pro 850W
The strange thing is that my CPU usage is avg 50%, though my GPU usage is almost constantly 100% but the GPU frequency is jumping between 600-1100 MHz.
What could be the problem?
I thought that this card with this overclock should run the game better. (I saw on other forums that someone with the same CPU and with a R9 270x can ran it at everything High with 45+ FPS in 1080p).
I had the same issue earlier too. Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance, and sorry for my bad english
