Please Help me choose between these 2 monitors !!!!!!!

Hello Guys,

I'm on a tight budget and I was wondering which monitor should i get between these 2 (please don't suggest any other monitors because these 2 are the only available brands i can get at the moment) BenQ GW2255HM and Samsung S22D300HY both are 21.5 inches and links to their specifications are below..should i get the BenQ one even though it has a response rate of 6 ms unlike the Samsung which has 5 ms ? please help me.Thank you

The BenQ has a few better specs and better connectivity. The difference in response time between the two is negligible.
