Are my cpu and gpu temps ok?

I just built my pc a few days ago and I'm just wondering about my cpu and gpu temps. On idle my cpu temp hovers around 40°C and my gpu around 33°C. However when playing Witcher 3 my cpu goes up to around 70°C and my gpu 60°C. I'm more concerned about my cpu since my gpu temps seem low enough. I'm also using the stock cooler that came with my cpu.

My specs:
i5-4590 3.3ghz
GTX 970
8gb DDR3 ram

I plan on investing in a cpu cooler in the future but are my temps as they are currently ok?

Your temps are fine. Excellent idle temps. However the 70 degrees could be improved. You can get one of these 2 coolers and be fine. Do whatever one your budget allows.
