Building new rig, what kind of results should i expect.

I'll be ascending to the master race soon, but i wanted to know what kind of results should I expect if I'm running at 1360*768. Will I be able to play witcher 3 on mostly medium to high with like 40+ frames?
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Memory: Kingston Blu 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card

I'm using my old tv and the box says it's HD ready.

Well, FYI, you'll likely only be getting 30FPS out of the tv actually displaying it, so things might not really "look" that good. Definitely make sure to sure to use V-sync, and likely Half v-sync

^ I've never seen a led tv panel that isnt 50/60htz minimum.
