Where can I buy steam wallet codes based in the U.S. only?

Sadly, I just found out that the visa card I bought can only be used with non-international websites. That pretty much rules everything I can think of out.

Does anyone know where I can buy a wallet code from a website that only deals in the U.S?

It's just a visa vanilla gift card (prepaid), and it didn't say anywhere that I could see that it couldn't be used internationally.

I bought it at a local walgreens, yes I read the fine print, I think it was on the terms and conditions listed inside the packaging.

I'm trying to use it on paypal's gift website, steam, kinguin, and a few other places. None of them work.

I called support, and they said it was because it wasn't allowed for me to use it internationally.

'steam' may well mean overseas. Similar with kinguin.
This all depends on where the 'seller' is. Especially kinguin.

So basically...you have a US based prepaid visa card.
You're trying to buy steam codes from kinguin and elsewhere. Overseas somewhere.
Your visa people have blocked those sales. Probably for a reason.

Maybe you should listen to them.
