Is my memory compatible with my mother board?

I bought a mother and memory recently for my new pc build, but every time I try to load the operating system it crashes. The motherboard says it supports Memory Standard: DDR3 2000(OC)/1866/1600/1333/1066. I bought a gigabyte 970A-UD3P motherboard and I have hyperX fury memory 16 gbs DDR3 1600 CL10. p.s. (I am new to pc building)

Components-
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
CPU: AMD FX 8350
Graphics Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 750 ti 2bg
Memory: HyperX Fury 16gb DDR3 1600mhz CL10
Power Supply: RX730 Z Hybrid Series 730 watts
HDD: 1 Tb Western Digital
SSD: Blaze Patriot 120 gb

Did you do a clean installation of Windows?

Yes, I did a clean install of windows 8.1 and it didn't work so I tried windows 7 and it still didn't work

It crashes while installing Windows? Are you installing it on SSD or HDD?

It crashes after installing windows, it goes through all the steps but when it restarts it goes to the recovery screen telling me to use the recovery media tools to repair the issue. (On the SSD)
