Hi as i said searched few months what PC build i should buy and was very confused but thanks to TH members and some groups in Fb i am ready with my build almost ,yea still have one confusion with the motherboard .please review this and tell me good and bad things about this build Thanks if you can pls tell me the Mbo too ,

My build
Processor - intel i5 4440
graphics card - Graphics card GTX 970 (which i have to buy in few months for now i have old gpu)
Power supply - Seasonic S12II 520
Ram - consair vengence 8gb (i already have)
cabinet -Deepcool SW

as for the motherboard i am confused with this two
Asrock H97 Pro4 Motherboard or Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H Socket 1150 Motherboard

On the H-97 chipset out of those two boards buy the cheapest one. You won't be overclocking anyway. Perhaps the amount of fan headers or sata ports would be enough to call one better than the other. I have a Gigabyte board and I love it.

both are exactly ₹7200rs btw how about the B85 mbo for this build ?

That would be a good choice as well. Just pick the one with the best features since CPU phase design and overclocking potential are not deciding factors in your situation.

some say b85 is old and bottleneck gtx 970
