I am slowly building a gaming PC.
My specs are-
Case- http://www.corsair.com/en-us/graphite-series-780t-full-tower-pc-case
Mobo- https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/F2A85M/specifications/
CPU- A8 5500 APU http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/processors/desktop/a-series-apu
OS- Windows 8.1 x64

Will this ram work with this motherboard?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231537

And do you have any suggestions?
Looking for 16gb 4x4/Low latency/Under $120
Could go 2x8 if you can tell me/show me why it would be better.

I am also curious about a new GPU if you have any suggestions since my integrated is utterly useless. I will buy an i5-4690 soon that should compliment pretty much any GPU you might suggest...

Thank you in advance!

I don't see why the RAM wouldn't work with the Mother Board. What is you reasoning about it? I would personally get a 2x8 so that I can have room to upgrade in the future. I don't know what your budget is, but for a GPU I would recommend the Geforce GTX 970

Thanks for the reply,
I don't either, I just wanted to be sure as there would be no returning it and i couldn't find an approved list. I actually found a 2x8gb that I am interested in. Thank you again-

I was planning on getting the GTX 970. The ASUS strix model though-

It runs cooler and puts out better FPS than any other 970's out right now for about the same price.

I also read that the i5-4690k OC's really well too. Saw that one group got it to 4.7ghz and it's FPS are very close to the i7-4790.

Will it work as well as I hope(at least 4.4ghz) with the motherboard that I have and inside the roomy corsair 780t with 4-5 fans and stock heatsink?

Do I need liquid cooling to OC that high?

What do you suggest?

Thanks again

That is a very high OC from the stock . I own the 4690k and an EVGA gtx 970, and they are amazing. I don't use OC on either. If you OC though, you're going to need a different CPU fan. I'm not sure though if water cooling is required.

I'm new to overclocking and BIOS I was thinking the Corsair H80i would work fine for OC(Already have one) but I am not ballsy enough to try it yet.

Do you recommend something different than this?
I would like to stick to closed loop water cooling if any.
I do have a Corsair 780T so I can fit nearly anything.
