Notification count stuck at 1, but all subscribed posts and PMs have been read

There's a bug which shows that I have one notification, but everything has been read. It's been occurring for the last few weeks. Is there a way to fix this?

Most likely a notification from a deleted thread. Go to the following page and click on "Mark all as read" and it should go away.
