hi i have msi H -55 G43 motherboard , it is in damaged condition now i want to buy a new one but a bit confused as i want to reuse my 2x4 GB ddr3 ram 1333 Mhz , and my graphic card AMD saphhire HD7970 radeon 3 gb with core i3 processor 3.2 GHz my budget is 100 $ or INR 6000

H55 chipset and socket 1156 motherboards are outdated so you will not be able to find one easily.
Motherboard manufacturers not making them now so you have to buy a used one.

as for your question, similar motherboards to yours are: Intel DH55TC, Biostar H55 HD, MSI H55 GD65

BTW I'd suggest you to buy a new socket 1150 motherboard with a latest Haswell Dual core CPU like G3220..
G3220 can be bought for 55$ at newegg
