Cheapest graphics card to run The Witcher 3 on medium or high with 60 fps?

I'm currently trying to build a new PC for my girlfriend to replace her ancient laptop but due to funds already long allocated to the cosplay/convention scene we only have an available budget of about 700.

I already have the majority of a build with about 150 leftover for the graphics card after all the shipping costs so if anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate the help.

really dont matter much when it comes to brand, just make sure your PSU can handle it and it can fit in your case

R9 270X is 2GB VRAM with 256-bit memory interface [But this 270X is no ordinary 270X, its a Hawk Edition card]

The R9 270X is far better than GTX 750 Ti or R7 260X as they are 128-bit cards that are price between $90-$120. But for $135, the R9 270X is a steal deal.
