HiI looking at getting a new monitor I previously had 2 Ben q which both died on me always staying black when I turned them on
so avoiding Ben q monitors
I need the monitor for photography mainly but will also use for video editing and gaming must be min res 1080p prefer hdmi input and would like ips display I have 130 gdp to play with I don't mind buying used or refub of eBay or amazon so place help any suggestions.

Bargains if you are fast enough. Samsungs use PLS panels with lighter coating than the matte AH-IPS.

The white one is a newer model, so it should perform a bit better. The white bezels vastly improve the perceived black depth, if not anything else.

The best though are the HP Envy 23 and Dell S2415H, because they use glossy coatings that make pictures look more vibrant and clear. They cost a little higher than your price range though.
