does power supply affects monitor refresh rate?

i just check my psu and its 600watts and i just see something that it right 56-60hz does this will affects my 120hz monitor?

Even your monitor runs on household electricity that is 50-60Hz depending on where you are. It still doesn't affect your monitor refresh rate.

in AMD CCC i have maximum detected refreshrate of 75Hz but in screen resolution its only 60hz so what will happen if i get the maximum

Processor: Intel E5500 dualcore @ 2.8ghz

I dont want to change my Videocard because in benchmark in dota 2 it says 55min 60avg 71max
