I understand this is odd with digital media. But I am curious...what type of license are these OS licenses? Retail, OEM, other?

That 'proof' is proof that they are MSDN licenses.
Specifically not for resale. You cannot sell those, especially not in here.

I suggest you look up the licensing for those licenses. Specifically, the resale options. Of which there isn't.

And transfer of a retail license must, per MS licensing rules, include the license key, install media, and COA.
