I serach but did't find what looking for so ask here. My lg ultrawide monitor with native 2560x1080 60 hz can handle custom resolution up to 5120x2160 76 hz and games look amazing at it. But I don't have power to play at that resolution so using 3440x1440. I never see 3440x1440 native on any monitor so are they looking same or there is big diffrence. Is custom reolution looking like real?? Is good to keep this monitor or get native 3440x1440? Becouse I like ultrawide

Know that but don't know can I see diffirence between these two. Is custom looking same like native or native is superior?

Again. What you're doing is overclocking. You're not increasing the native resolution--your GPU is simply rendering at a much higher resolution than your native resolution which is 2560x1080- and then down samples the higher resolution to match your native resolution. Overclocking a monitor to a higher refresh rate can (permanently) damage your monitor, and you will void your warranty.

~All the best!
