How to connect my HD 7970 to 3 displays

Hi, I want to run triple monitors (via Eyefinity/Sapphire FleX) with my Sapphire HD 7970 (http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=1443&lid=1) however im not sure how to. My monitors are Hannspree M19W2s, one with DVI/VGA and 2 with DVI/VGA/HDMI and my GPU has one DVI, one HDMI and 2 Mini DPs. Some solutions I thought of are an HDMI/DVI splitter from one port or a Mini DP to HDMI/DVI adapter (or cable but i think i would need an active adapter). So my question is, what can i do to run triple monitors (with Eyefinity/Sapphire FleX)?

For eyefinity you need to attach all 3 to the video card and 1 has to use displayport. If none of the monitors have a displayport you need an active displayport adapter.
