900p vs 1080p on a 20 inch monitor

will 900p be noticeably worse than 1080p on a 20 inch screen
both of the screens have the same specs except for the resolution one is 1600X900 and the other is 1920x1080 '
fyi i'll be mainly gaming on the screen

well to give you an idea, I have a 1080p screen if I run something windowed at 900p I see an extra 3 inches around (I have a 27inch) yeah things will look bigger with 600,000 less pixels roughly.

DSR helps by adding more detail to entities in game. It will no show more then 1080p in detail, but it increases any lost detail, IMO.
