Hello, I'm looking to build a new computer for my 3D work. My current PC is on it's last leg and it is time for an upgrade. I mostly only animate, but do make my own models from time to time. These are the programs that i use.

Programs used : 3DS Max - Renderman - Mudbox/ZBrush - Adobe Premier - Photoshop - Illustrator

I also play heavily modded games like Skyrim and Minecraft, and try to play most games with the highest quality on. My budget is around $4000, and plan on moving all my memory from my current PC to the new one. I plan on having a two to three hdmi screen setup with this computer. I plan on using only one at first then getting another screen later.

I apologize if this question is in the wrong category, as I am new to this website. Thank you in advance.

I added a new set of ram because I didn't know what Ram you had and if it was compatible with this build. This build does not include rebates.

My current project are small, about 2 minutes to 5 minutes. Which is about 7200 frames to 18000 frames. However, I plan on making 20 minute videos as soon as i can with as much quality i can push into the video. I want to be able to have a computer to handle large rendering times and complex particle systems. Though i make separate files of scenes to cut down file size, there will still be 72000 frames to render.
