Looking for an advise for my first computer.

So I am building my first computer and I need your help. I have 700 euros to spend on this computer. I already have bought a graphics card and a power supply from my friend for 100 euros; graphics card is GTX 560ti and power supply is corsair cx-600w. And 100 euros are needed for win 7/8
So my other parts are:
AMD fx-8350 cpu
Cooler master 212 evo cpu cooler
Fractal design core 1100
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 mother board
16gb-kit hyperX fury black 1333Mhz ddr3 ram
kingston ssd v300 120gb for operating system and most important stuff
Toshiba DT01ACA Series 1TB HDD for other stuff
I thought buying all from harwareversand.com
I'm really new for this kind for stuff so I'm really grateful for any kind of improvements and for better parts.
And for end this computer will not be fully gaming, rather for editing and small gaming.

For editing that should be ok, for a budget system. Gaming wise, it will be a bit on the weak side. The GTX 560ti sits somewhere between an R7 260 and R7 265, performance wise.

But what if I chance motherboard to ASRock 970M Pro3, will it be better? For the future?

There is no future in AM3+. It is a dead platform. For a budget board, though, the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 would be a better choice, than your original one.
