Lcd/monitor blinking and poor quality reason , (using vga splitter)

hello guys im having problem my lcd is blinking and have poor quality image
first i buy vga splitter 200 mhz 4 port , then i tried it on my both lcd (different type)
then it blinked and has poor quality image .
can u tell me the reason ? maybe cable , vga splitter , graphic card or something so i can repair it

btw im using core 2 duo e7500
4 gb ram
and nvidia gt 210
a pretty old comp

easy enough to test. remove the splitter and connect directly from the graphics card to the monitor.
