Two questions about the GTX 960 i'm going to buy

So after a while thinking i finally decided that im getting a msi TwinFrozr GTX 960. The thing now is that i have two doubts.

A: My pc is running a Intel Core i3 4130, and a GIGABYTE B85M-D3H motherboard, i would like to know if these somehow will bottleneck the GTX 960 and if so, how much will it lower its performance.

B: I've been really into buying the Corsair CX750M, but in most of my friends rigs i see they own a CX600M and they have no problem with it. Should i instead go for the cx600? For not so distant future i'm planning to run this:

• 
  Intel Core intel core i5 4590
  8GB ram
  GTX 960
  Razer abyssus mouse
  Razer blackwidow chroma

So i wanted to know if the cx 600 is enough to keep all of that running.

Overall, there will be no bottleneck. I however recommend avoiding the CX lineup of PSUs. They use cheap capacitors that tend to fail.

Those are on High with low MSAA, you can compare both on techpowerup at ultra x4.
The 760 is not better than the 960. That makes literally no sense.
