Difference between these two hard drives ?

Both the hard drives are Black Western Digital, but one is significantly more expensive than the other. The more expensive one is being sold by a 3rd-Party however, which may be the reason why it's more expensive, but I wanted to make sure both of them are the same hard drive. Thanks for the help in advance!

Both models in your links are indeed WD Black drives. The WD1003FZEX (second link) is just a newer model. You can check more details and all of its specs here: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=5NDmR1
As for the WD1002FAEX (your first link), again a WD Black drive, is a bit older than the WD1003FZEX. You can read more about the specs for that model as well here: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=wB0axj
